Las Vegas Remedy User Group (LVRUG) is an old school type conference dating back to the late 1990s when the yearly event was defined as a User Group.  LVRUG brings to the table (and virtual) two sets of presentations, providing knowledge awareness, education, and sharing of information covering a variety of BMC Software products.  These sessions will focus primarily on (but not limited to) BMC Helix (on prem and SaaS environments), the underlying Action Request System, integration opportunities, and external third-party products.  


By attending in person, you will have the opportunity to participate in a Network Gathering Event on the eve of 7 December sponsored by RMI Solutions and an to be determined event to take place on the eve of 8 December.


Even if you cannot make it in person, there will be virtual access to the different sessions that allows you to still participate in a variety of sessions to include knowledge transfer between the attendees.  


The schedule is filling up fast and will be updated as the presentations are finalized.  Keep looking at this site from time to time to see the changes taking place.

What is LVRUG?

Las Vegas Remedy User Group (LVRUG) is a yearly event put on by members of the BMC Community to share tips and tricks, knowledge, assistance, and awareness to consultants, developers, managers, supervisors, administrators, and new customers working with BMC Helix, BMC Remedy Action Request System, BMC Discovery, BMC Digital Workplace, BMC Smart IT, and more.  LVRUG brings together anyone who wants to work with other individuals to improve on his or her BMC environment by asking questions, listening to others, and participating in a variety of events.  This conference brings it together in a three-day event.

Margaret Lee
SVP and GM of Digital services and Operations Management of BMC Software

Margaret is SVP and GM of Digital Service and Operations Management of BMC Software. She is a business unit GM with P&L responsibilities for the company's full suite of Helix solutions for IT service management and IT Operations management.

Before joining BMC, Margaret was the general manager for data services at Mapbox, a SaaS platform for mapping, location data, and navigation, supporting a variety of consumer and enterprise applications.

Previously, she led global product management, strategy, and customer success teams for CA Technologies Continuous Delivery business unit, with products for testing, release, and deployment. At Splunk, she started and led the Product team for Splunk Cloud and Splunk’s SaaS applications.

Earlier in her career, Margaret was part of the original development team that started and grew Oracle’s Fusion Middleware product suite, from an internal start-up to a $4 billion per year business. She was also a development manager at a technology pre-IPO start-up that went public, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on technology and financial services projects and clients.
